COVID INITIATIVES

With the pandemic indefinitely halting all overseas travel, the need arose for innovative methods in serving our Cambodian counterparts. The team brainstormed and put together initiatives that we felt would benefit our partners despite not being physically present.

  1. Mask Distribution

    • Intra-school fundraising and publicity efforts 

    • Proceeds used to fund purchase and handcrafting of reusable masks

    • 350 masks were distributed to villagers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia by BFT

  1. Online Workshops​

    • 2-day online workshop aimed at imparting relevant vocational skills

    • Topics included website creation and poster-making

    • Tutorial and hands-on format
